Itinerary
Day 1 - Kuala Lumpur ~ Guangzhou 吉隆坡 ~ 广州
ssemble at KLIA. Take a flight to Guangzhou. After arrival, meet and assist by the local guide, then transfer to Guangzhou city to visit Sun Yet-sen Memorial Hall and Beijing Road. Transfer to hotel after dinner.
吉隆坡出发乘搭飞机飞往广州。抵达后，游览广州中山纪念堂，北京路步行街。晚餐后送往酒店。

Day 2 - Guangzhou ~ Xining ~ Lhasa (Tibet train) 广州 ~ 西宁 ~ 拉萨（青藏铁路）
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Xining. Once arrival, transfer to railway station to take the QingZang Railway to Lhasa.
上午乘机飞往西宁。抵达后，登上青藏列车，开始青藏高原之旅-世界上海拔最高线路最长的高原铁路。夜卧火车。

Day 3 - Lhasa 拉萨
The total length of Qingzang railway is 1956 km. The section of the 1142 km railway between Golmud and Lhasa was inaugurated on 1 July 2006 by president Hu JinTao. The line includes the Tanggula Pass, at 5,072 m, the world's highest rail track. Fenghuoshan tunnel is the highest rail tunnel in the world, at 4,905 m. The Yangbajing tunnel is the longest tunnel on the line. Also will pass by Kekexili, it is the world’s third-least populated area. Once arrival, be greeted and offered a white scarf (Hada), mean bring you good luck. Have a rest for the acclimation after arrive Lhasa city. (meal on train by own expenses)
青藏列车带您进入青藏高原，沿途穿越世界上最长的高原冻土隧道-昆仑山隧道，世界上海拔最高的高原冻土山隧道-烽火山隧道，广阔的可可喜里无人区，走进青藏高原以及世界珍稀动物-藏羚羊的世界；当夜幕轻轻降临时，青藏高原的迷人姿态将让带你一同探索西藏神圣而又神秘的另一番景象；晚上抵达 ‘圣城’拉萨，入住酒店，慢慢适应高原气候。(火车餐自理)

Day 4 - Lhasa 拉萨
In the morning, visit to Potala Palace. This palace was built at the time of Songtsan Gampo in the 7th Century. In the 17th century the 5th Dalai Lama extended the palace to it’s present size. At this time, it also succeeded in becoming the Dalai Lama’s residence place and turned the main political and religious affair. At afternoon, visit to the most sacred and important temple in Tibet - Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market. The main hall of the temple houses the Jowo Shakyamuni Buddha statue, perhaps the single most venerated object in Tibetan Buddhism. Then, free to shopping at Bakhor Street. This street was the most popular devotional circumabulation for pilgrims and locals.
早餐后，乘坐专用旅游车前往公元七世纪中叶，藏王松藏干布迁都拉萨并建宫殿于红山之上的布达拉宫，堪称世界上海拔最高的古代宫殿建筑群；布达拉宫的神圣和神秘面纱将有待您的揭示；午餐后，游览位于拉萨旧城中心、藏传佛教信徒心中的圣地 -大昭寺外就是著名的轉經道――八廓街。這里匯聚了來自世界各地的朝圣者，街道兩旁店鋪林立，攤點密布。

Day 5 - Lhasa 拉萨
After breakfast, visit Drepung Temple- the world’s largest monastery, having over 10,000 monks. Sera Temple- is one of the three great monasteries in Lhasa and one of the six great monasteries of the Gelung Sect of Buddhism in Tibet. After that, visit local museum.
早餐后，参观西藏最大的寺庙---哲蚌寺，一世至五世达赖喇嘛都曾自此居住，修建于1416年，也是黄教六大寺庙之首。过后，参观色拉寺，过而建，错落有致，由佛殿、经堂、扎仓（僧院）、僧舍和康村及策墨林和热振等著名大活佛的剌章宫殿等建筑单元组成。 过后，参观博物馆和圣宝缘店。

Day 6 - Lhasa ~ Shigatse 拉萨 ~ 日喀则
After breakfast, proceed to Shigatse. Upon arrival, visit Yamdrok Lake. This lake is one of the three holiest lakes in Tibet. Continue to Xigaze. You can see Yarlong Tsangpo River along the journey. Than, continue to visit Baiju Temple, was constructed during the Ming Xuanzong, Xuande second year (1,427) and the construction took 10 years to complete.
早餐后前往日喀则，到达天上圣湖---羊卓雍错湖，湖水颜色变幻莫测，蔚蓝，草绿，晶莹剔透，美不胜收。然后前往西藏第二大城市---后藏重镇日喀则，途经雅鲁藏布江，沿途欣赏高原植物和藏族田地，这是正是油菜花开，景色宜人。然后，游览白居寺，是一座塔寺结合的典型的藏传佛教寺院建筑，寺塔天然浑成，相得益彰。其建筑充分代表了十三世纪末至十五世纪中叶后藏地区寺院建筑的典型样式，也是其中唯一一座寺塔都完整保存且具有纪念碑性质的大型建筑群。白居寺由大殿、吉祥多门塔、扎仓和围墙四大建筑单元组成。

Day 7 - Shigatse ~ Lhasa 日喀则 ~ 拉萨
This morning, transfer back to Lhasa. Upon arrival will visit to TaShiLpunPo Monastery ,Which is one of the four “Yellowhat Sect” monasteries of Tibetan Buddhist. Founded by the First Dalai Lama in 1447.This monastery have the highest silting, Maitreya Buddha Statue in the world. This was made of gold and copper alloy.
今天将从日喀则返回拉萨，下午前往参观历代班禪大師的住錫地―扎什倫布寺（壯麗的扎什倫布寺，規模僅次于布達拉宮，是黃教的六大主寺之一，也是格魯派在后藏地區最大的寺廟。它在西藏的地位與班禪大師聯系在一起，是四世班禪之后歷代班禪舉行宗教活動的中心。过后，参观唐卡艺术村。

Day 8 - Lhasa 拉萨
After breakfast, visit Yangbajain, has hot spring everywhere and when the valve is switched on, hot water spurt several meter constituting magnificent scene. After that, visit Grassland of North Tibet is a culturally rich land as well as a paradise for the wild animals and plants. On the vast grassland, yaks, sheep and nomadic people’s camps can be seen everywhere. And the colorful long-standing nomadic culture created by the nomadic people can be appreciated here.
早餐后， 参观羊八井，地热位于拉萨市西北90公里的当雄县境内，方圆7000公里。温度保持在47.C左右，是中国大陆上开发的第一个湿蒸汽田，也是世界上海拔最高的地热发电站。过后，游览藏北大草原是中国五大牧场之一，位于昆仑山脉、唐古拉山脉和冈底斯山脉之间，它不仅是野生动植物的天堂，同时也是一个具有丰厚沉积层的文化沃土。在那一望无际的草原上，到处都是牧民赖以生存的牦牛和羊群，处处可见牧民栖息之所-帐篷。过后，天湖纳木错位于藏北草原，是仅次于青海湖的全国第二大咸水湖，也是世界上海拔最高的大咸水湖。纳木错在藏语中意为天湖，是藏传佛教的圣地，信徒从藏区各地到此朝拜、转湖。过后，参观藏药店。

Day 9 - Lhasa ~ Guangzhou 拉萨 ~ 广州
After breakfast, transfer to airport to have a flight to Guangzhou. After arrival, transfer back to hotel, free and easy.
上午前往拉薩貢嘎機場，乘機飛往广州，抵达后，送往酒店自由活动。

Day 10 - Guangzhou ~ Kuala Lumpur 广州 ~ 吉隆坡
In the morning, visit the Xi Guan House and Shangxiajiu street. Then transfer to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport for your flight home.
早餐后，游览西关大屋。午餐后，前往上下九步行街。之后送广州新白云机场乘机返回吉隆坡，结束青藏高原之旅。
